Then they cannot have my vote, it's that simple. I don't think that they were always like that though, parties ideology does tend to change over time as issues change, and what the public will accept changes. Hopefully there will be a day when their positions simply become regional to the point where they're untenable, and they'll be forced to back off on them somewhat.

I vote for the lesser of two evils. No party seems to represent my ideals. So I go with the one closest to what I think. That means it will be McCain this time around.

It pretty much says it all for me.

I see Obama as a gifted speech-reader, McCain as the "new" Bob Dole, and Hillary ... well ... has she really quit (hopefully)? or is there an October surprise hidden somewhere in that pantsuit?

I'm not enthusiastic. Whomever I vote for will be a reluctant choice.

I'm waiting for Chaney suprise, another "terrorist attack" inside job ala 911 and we "postpone" the elections due to national emergency and if you don't like it and protest...the concentration camp is waiting for those "enemy combatants"... Bush Dictatorship continues.
