Cuz thinking up things to masturbate to is just too damn hard!

"All of the above" and "Other reasons". Biggest reasons for me seems to be enjoyment when looking at something beautiful and day dreaming (not the same as fulfilling sexual desires but desires to escape reality and imagine being in some scenario).

As an artist I use the variety of images of the female form to improve the shading, tone, and composition of the works I create. I also study bone structure, proportions and perspectives of the different poses to more accurately reproduce the delicacy and grace of...aw, fuck it. It's just boner fuel.

I just like to look at beautiful women, clothed, semi nude, and nude.

It's entertaining :)

My personal interest in sex doesn't have anything to do with pornography, since I've never gotten an erectrion from looking at it. In other words, it doesn't "turn me on".

My interest in sex as a public topic is primarily esthetic (aesthetic if you prefer that spelling) and sociological.

Im interested in self-expression and I see pornography as performance as regards the people who create it.

I'm interested in it socioligically vis-a-vis the people who look at it and say they are aroused by it. That arousal is an effect of esthetic response, so I'm also esthetically interested in the voyeuristic aspects of pornography.

Cause my old lady is out of town or working late. . . that or I get bored, or put off other things I need to get done. Kind of a crutch when I have yard work or shit to do.

I think it's because I've got OCD, and it extends to, but doesn't stop at, massive porn viewing. And I like it.

I agree. There's something so very pleasing about a beautiful woman. I'd rather see a beautiful woman than most other things, except maybe a gorgeous sunset. How about a beautiful woman and a gorgeous sunset at the same time?

It's interesting, in the respect that you see a person, or people who are comfortable enough with themselves to relax and let themselves go with it, even though most are "actors", there still must be some sort of liberation from it for them.

I like it to see see just how much different stuff people can come up with too. Both for the "what the hell was that!!!" and for the "wow...that's hot" aspect. The porn itself isn't what turns people on in my mind, it's the thinking about what you're seeing that makes it what it is. Sex is 99% mental anyways. the other 1% is the physical

My husband and I watch porn to get ideas for new positions different things we could try. I'm sure he has other reasons for watching it but those are my reasons.

Although I agree with Art in that porn has nothing to do with sex whatsoever, I have a hard time thinking of all those furiously copulating couples and birthday suit exhibitionists as "performance artists." They do it for the MONEY.

correct me if I'm wrong but for performance artists money would be secondary. an afterthought.
