I forget the name of the one I saw a couple of years ago. Most of the Skits were really funny and I've seen a few of those cast members go on to bigger things.
There are other sketchcom and improv groups out there, such as Bad Dog Theatre. You can find more details in the weekly papers like Now and Eye.

I did! It was a blast. I met a few of my classmates; saw a couple of plays (met one of the guys I'll be working with who apparently is kind of famous. He was on Street Legal; Albert Schultz? My mom wants to have his children). I met a few girls, had too much to drink, not enough to eat, walked everywhere.
I figured out the TTC! At least the basics. The only bad part is that I bought a week pass on a sunday for the following week so it was completely useless to me for a day. I explored Queens West, and loved it. I went to The Rex(?) hoping to catch a TFPer playing some jazz and blues but I ended up seeing some great stuff. Also made friends/hooked up with a barista at Balzac's in Distillery so I'm garunteed free coffee now; score, indeed. Got accosted by a group of good looking blonde girls on Trinity trying to get me to come see Canadian Idol. Now I'm past the tourist phase so I'm starting to get stressed. Trying to find a place is ridiculous. Which brings me to a strange favour. If anyone is living in or relative to Yorkville, there is a street west of bay on Bloor, southside, called St. Thomas. There are some apartments there across the street from a store called Theatre books that I'm interested in but I cannot find the information anywhere. If someone passes that someday, could you perhaps relay that to me hahahahaha. I've been trying to find it for a week and a half now; to no avail. I had a lot of fun though.

I just drove past there. I'll go back over the weekend and see what I can find. Did you try to go see Aberkok?
You know, the Bluenose was at the harbour while you were in town...I took pictures... at least it's a bit of the Maritimes in the big smoke, while you were here. and the skyline that was kind of interesting on account of the clouds: |

hahaha everyone was going a little ape shit over the bluenose; sadly though I'm from the maritimes and I've seen that thing more times then my dad has told me he loves me more then his motorcycle.
Yeah Leto, I was hoping to see Aberkok but I'm assuming I didn't. It's would be like meeting bruce wayne and saying "He was cool... man I hope I meet batman". Quote:
Oh, and I'm assuming your proud of my barista barn-burner; I mean, heck yes, what can I say?

Dude, you should've made a thread in Events. I totally would've come out to T dot for a get-together.
I guess we'll do it when you arrive for school. I don't think aberkok plays the Rex very often, although you'd have to ask him to be sure of that.
