I find it interesting that the majority of office bullies are in supervisory positions.

I think legislation for this sort of thing is the wrong approach, but awareness of the issue is important. Telling people to harden the fuck up is not always the correct approach to this issue (despite what some of you might think).

Walk away from a job? Why should I have to leave an otherwise good job if someone else is being an asshole to me?
