Junk food?
I was just talking with a friend of mine, and he has like an addiction to Dr. Pepper. This got me to wondering, what kinds of junk food do you guys like?I gave up soda a few years ago, and thats the best thing I ever did, I lost thirty pounds and never gained it back.
But I still frickin love Doritos Cheetos(they put heroin in these things, I know it.) Starbursts

i would say my biggest junk food thing i love is french fries..
soda I have once in a blue moon... my girlfriend on the other hand eats junk food like there is no tomorrow.. She actually gets irritated with me when i tell her she needs to eat a bit healthier... Doesn't help her mother will grab her fast food once every other day ;p i actually told her we would go out to eat, but it couldnt be fast food... it took her several minutes to think of a place, but she already had 2 fast food joints she wanted to eat at..

I never have been a junk food junkie. I do eat it sometimes, but that's only because I'm rushed or there is nothing else around to eat. I'd much rather whip up something in my kitchen thats good for me than eat preservative laden, fat, greasy, prepared food. I just don't see the appeal.

I don't eat junk food.
I lost 65 pounds last year. Once you stop eating that garbage you begin to see what's commonly and most highly marketed on the shelves of supermarkets and convenience stores for the deadly poison it is. It becomes increasingly clear that its creation and marketing is a crime against nature and aggressive mental and physical abuse of human beings.

I eat quite healthily, just too big plates and didn't work out enoug. Since I lost weight I sometimes get a huge craving for MEAT like beef or burgers. Never liked sodas much and candy isn't a bad craving for me, but what I really have hard time walking by in the store is potato chips. I like potato, but the spices and sour cream are the keys to that addiction and I can usually fool it by having cucumber & carrot sticks with sour cream dip (add grill spices & ketchup to sour cream, mix well).

Of course, I still love me some: Beer Little Debbie's Oatmeal Creme Pies and Nutty Bars. mmmm. Nuttay. Last edited by HiThereDear; 06-23-2003 at 02:55 PM.. |

I used to love Theatre popcorn, but now I work at a Theatre and I have popcorn only sparingly. I've cut down on my snacking and junk food and fast food, though it is hard. I've lost 15 pounds in a few weeks and feel really good about myself, so I still eat it, but it's all about moderation. But one thing that always gets me now that summer has started are Slurpees.
