The Friday Thread (12/21/07)
Friday - Finish work at 3pm, go home and continue Christmas shopping with girlfriend. Weather is shitty and she wants to go downtown. Not looking forward to it too much.
Saturday - Sign up for classes, drag my mom out to get my sister's present. Sunday - no plans yet, but probably cleaning the house and chilling at home watching movies and playing a game or two. What's your weekend look like?

friday - Wait until my boss from previous job gets back into the office (around 3) to go pick up my final check. Spend money on a few cheap gifts because i'm not splurging this year at all. Probably come home and work on some music, haven't decided if i will go out tonight or not.
Saturday/Sunday - Possibly spend the weekend working on learning more about my new job, or rather, how to be a better employee now that I know what they are dealing with in detail. Work on music some more. possibly catch a movie and/or hang out with a friend. nothing too exciting. |

Friday - off work at 5:00, go home and raid Karazhan in World of Warcraft.
Satuday - all of my last minute Christmas shopping Sunday - Any remaining Christmas shopping, then heavy drinking to recoup from the busy mall I was at on Saturday. Nothing exciting here, either.

I'm at work until 6 today. I'll either be going grocery shopping tonight or tomorrow night (work 8-5 tomorrow.) I work 9-1 on Sunday, then will watch football. Then I'm back at work Monday from 8 to noon.
Pretty uneventful.

Friday - not much to do today... my worker [i'm handicap so i need people to help me] didn't show up today so I can't do to much since it's just me and my grandma. Fiancee having dinner with grandparents so we can't play our online game together. Just passing till I can call her from bed tonight.

Friday - get off work at 11:30, go home and have a stiff Gin & Tonic....
Saturday - Lounge... game and head down to Downtown D around 8 for a party and drinks afterwards. Sunday - Football.... Minnesota Vikings 24 Redskins 19 You heard it here first, take that to your bookie.

Friday - got off work early. Gonna go fix up and look sharp for dinner with the lady and then I've gotta pack for my flight tomorrow....
Saturday - I'm off to our time share in Florida for an entire week of doing nothing. It'll not only be my first time flying, it'll also be my very first Christmas in 22 years in which I won't be in cold weather.

Friday - I'm already off from work until after New Year so I was home alone today; desktop crashed on Wed. (won't even turn on - man, I wish I could get my kids' iTunes off it), got a new one on Thurs. but couldn't connect wireless router, so today I got everything working; set up Christmas tree, gee it's nice!; cleaned up the house a little; cleaned up one fish tank *
Saturday - finish some live and online shopping; order new tires for sports car, drop off refinished wheels for said tires at the shop cleaning up car * Sunday - visit my mom; more last minute shopping * * = eat tasty things, drink as much as I can without compromising duties |

Friday - Just ate a bowl of cereal, and that's the highlight of my day.
Saturday - Wait for one of my old bosses to call me in to do some TIG and laser welding, since his shop is way behind schedule. Sunday - Sleep, and hit up Best Buy for some holiday Sirius packages. |

Friday- My boss let us off work an hour early due to bad weather and poor road conditions. Drove home, amazingly the roads were fine, normally takes me 30 minutes to get home, tonight it took 25. Start planning my shopping for this weekend.
Saturday - Go to stores, hope I can figure out something decent to get for everyone on my list. Sunday - Panic because my shopping isn't done yet and I don't know what to get, and I can't shop on Monday because I have to work. Blow a bunch of money on lame gift cards. |

Friday...worked 1/2 a day, came home wrapped all presents and then went to Dave's parents for his "family" birthday dinner...came home and indulged in alka seltzer cold medicine and cinnamon rolls and going to sleep
Saturday...cook breakfast, go get Amanda, pick up a few groceries and watch Harry Potter after dinner Sunday...all of us will go down to my parents in time for church, then go to their house for an afternoon of genealogy work while Dave and my Dad talk about his trip to china, eat dinner, go back to church...come home and exchange presents. Monday, come home and go straight to Dave's parents for present exchange...take Manda back to her dad's and come home and make dinner for a friend thats got no one to spend christmas with. Im thinking I will be really glad when Tuesday gets here and Dave and I can veg and not do a thing

Friday - read, watch movies, fall asleep. Wake up. Go to friend's house to play Halo 3 then go bowling. Come back from bowling, play some more Halo 3. Come home. Post on Tfp.
Saturday - sleep. Go shopping. Get home. Sleep. Wake up & get ready for some girl's birthday party. Get drunk. Pass out. Sunday - potentially going snowboard. If not then I'll just stay home and be lazy for the day.

Friday - work in the morning then have the afternoon off. Some Christmas shopping to do then later dinner with friends
Saturday - Buy some neoprene boots for surfing, lunch, then going surfing in the afternoon, and to an acting class. At night going for drinks at a friends house then later meeting friends at a club for some Salsa dancing Sunday - sleep late (yay!), wrap Christmas presents, do some assignments for my Masters, then maybe going surfing late in the afternoon. Dinner with my mom.
