Friday's USA Today (06-20-03), an Article on Martha Stewart's court appearance, the reporter detailed what she wore down to a tee. And that is a good thing, cause she couldn't have done it better.

"Stewart arrived at the courthouse early, fending off the rain and photographers with a brown polka-dot umbrella. Beneath her raincoat she wore a gray glen plaid jacket, combined with a brown blouse, yellow pants and mules. After taking her seat, she smiled and waved to one of the courtroom artists sitting in the jury box. She playfully asked the artist to render her face with "no pockmarks" and "perfect skin"."

The worst was seeing all these people on the street being interviewed saying how the government is only going after her because she's martha Stewart and not because she broke the law. Humm...maybe they *know* everyone hates her...

Anyway, the president of the company went down, I know she will too. Sadly I know she will get off light, because we can't send our celebrities to jail.

Celebrities aren't the only ones that can be narcissistic but that is a whole new topic in and of itself.

Martha Stewarts life doesn't affect mine so I don't pay much attention to her or what any other celebrity does bad or good. They are human beings, like the rest of us, and screw things up and act like idiots, just like the rest of us. I'm not one to pass judgement or waste my time ridiculing the mishaps of others. I choose to put my mind on more productive things.
