I'm in the process of quiting right now, I've quit for a few months before but started back up... right now I had help this time (besides being poor) I was extremly sick with a resportarty sickness and couldn't smoke for a few days, I just went with it and stayed quit after I got better. Let's hope i quit for good now.

Like anything in life...If you are interested in doing something,you will.If you are not interested in doing anything,you won't.

Remeber that if you have a craving to smoke, the craving will pass whether you somke or not. This works for me! (5 months clean).

It's all about removing yourself from your triggers, being dedicated, and realizing that there is no "just one"
