My family, my health, my former lover-now-dear-friend, windy days, good espresso shots, my sweet doggie, hot baths, The Dalai Lama, friends and associates who support, cajole, encourage, motivate, illuminate, and love unconditionally, deep breaths, a good game of Scrabble, fresh air in the house, peace and safety, a good book..... and so much more

Yes, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! This was one of the best Thanksgivings in recent memory for me, I'm still in a food coma. I hope everyone else had/is having a good time.

I too wish everyone has/had as nice of a Thanksgiving as I had. Lots of friends and family, good food and wine, plenty of good conversation and plans for the coming holidays and new year.
