There's you answer. :D |
truthfully. No.
Just don't go overboard with either activity and you should do fine. |
Switch hit if you're concerned about asymmetrical development, but just fyi no one has perfectly symmetrical muscles. Masturbation is just aerobic exercise for a few minutes for the average person. It's about the same as typing for maybe 10 minutes.

No WONDER I'm so skinny.

It is my fitness secret.
Weights? Pushups? Situps? Running? Karate? All a hoax. Clown punching: The key to a toned body. |

Seriously, you're like a skinnier version of me back when I was averaging 100 miles a week. leetrice, as Ustwo said in the other thread that you started on masturbation, you're not going to hurt yourself whacking off (unless you break skin). Worry more about your workouts and diet. When I was in high school and running 60+ miles a week, I probably jerked it twice a day, and it most definitely didn't hurt my times. |

If you want a serious forearm workout, try the g-spot fingering technique, but switch arms periodically. I get less of a workout rock climbing than I do stimulating the G.

I still contend if he was not so skinny, that would not be so....telephone pole-ish. Perception, perception! Damn, that was hysterical  |

I once saw Hal enter and win a 3 legged race all by himself.

Is this where we start making jokes about the Washington Monument being jealous and stuff?

If you've been going to the gym for ages, you may experience what is sometimes called muscle memory.
I don't know how much you know about the exercises you are doing, or if you are just doing them. But you will experience less and less gain by doing the same exercises over and over. To combat it, its best to work chest, for a month-ish. With small bits of legs/arms/back thrown in. Next month switch it again, but always keep it sort of balanced. You can't work chest then leave it go for 4 months til you get back to it again or you'll gain nothing. |
thx guys i might try what menomen said but im scared my other muscles will all just disappear after training one month on chest but i'll give it a shot anyhow

They aren't going to disappear if you do it correctly, I'm not saying ignore everything except chest for a month. I'm saying most people who are really into bodybuilding, whether for tone or for sheer strength, will never ever let their body plateau because of muscle memory. What I have done when I was much more into it than I am now. Is for the first full hour, just hammer chest (or legs, or back whatever I was doing this month) the whole time. Then the second hour... a mix of whatever else I felt needed working on. 5 days a week. I'm down to 3 a week now, at this point I'm pretty much as built as I want to be, and I just do it for health/ something to do/ not let myself fade. I still mix it up, or else you just do more work than needed to get the same effect. |

What? No. I never go bowling. Muscular training is best done in the comforts of one's own home. :) |
my right arm is noticably bigger than my left if i hold the two together, but it's not just masturbation, i do everything with my right and i've always been able to lift more with it
