You get the idea. All 12 or 13 varieties of SPAM are allowed. I'm gonna shoot for a can of SPAM/day. I'll be getting most of my recipes off the internet, starting at SPAM.com, but if you have ideas or requests, please let me know.

And of course, I'll be keeping you all apprised of my progress with daily story and photo updates. In fact, I'll try to be more frequent than that.

Go time.

Okay, we know that Fast Food Nation says not to have McD's for 30 days... that guy did a reality show called 30 days, what would you do different for 30days in a row? biking? walking? eating something? yoga?

If you don't like spam, you can have spam egg sausage and spam... that's not got much spam in it.

I've had spam every day since 1996. I usually just delete it.. oh wait.. there's a meat called spam? weird..

i cant say i like the spam, it has a wierd texture to it. i didn't know they had varieties of it, i thought it was all just regular spam. in hawaii, they LOVE it, i don't get it. but i can't see eating anything every day for a month.

my records are: mr.noodle for every(school)day for a year.
peanut butter and raisins sandwich for a full school year.
pizza pops for atleast 1 semester. But to eat the stuff at every meal would be insane.

this 30day of crap to see what it does is pretty bad.

Never had spam, canned meat seems kind of gross. If you don't have to why in the world would you want to eat the same thing everyday? Although, I suppose with 12 different varieties that’s not really eating the same thing everyday. I'd think it would definitely get on my nerves.
