I know I did this topic a long while ago and was just wondering on your folks opinions. I only bring this up because as I was flipping through the channels I saw Lucy Liu...and well i think she is damn fine.

I've heard people say she is ugly and what not but I swear as far as non porn goes she has to be one of my favorites. Plus how many asians have freckles?!?! I'm pretty tired right now though so when I think of one I will be sure to get it down. :D

I've put Lucy in my top 5 of who I'd do if I could... Only since she has a known name. I've seen plenty of other asian women that are beautiful, and would love to meet, that are totally unknown names.

It's amazing the stark difference of opinion on Lucy Lui. I have not met one Asian guy who thinks she is attractive and met many white guys who think she is.

My vote would also be for Zhang Ziyi but I'm suprised no one brought up Kelly Hu. You may recognize her from X2 or The Scorpion King. She can dig her claws into me anyday!

Well, you'd never think India or Pakistan were in Asia to see the picks here, would you? Ive notice that when American's say "Asian" they often seem to mean by it "Oriental" (for want of a better word)

I guess over half the world or close is Asian, so I couldnt say for sure.

SF... FYI, Asian is what you mean when you say Oriental. The Orient includes the Middle East as well as Asia.

But, yes, you are correct that nobody here has indicated a preference for Pakistanis, Indians, etc.

I haven't seen any hot Russian girls picked either; you know, those girls of that Siberian stock....

When people say "Asian," they often mean, "East Asian" as opposed to "South Asian" or "Southeast Asian" (or northern, western, and central Asian for that matter).

It's a problem of the word usage. I wouldn't suggest it's a matter of racism or a lack of geography/cultural knowledge.

The word oriental is out of favour for political/historical reasons.

As an aside, have you heard what they say about those Kazakh girls?
