Hello again TFP! We've hit a cold streak here in NC, and apparently our leadership was too cold to train. While everyone went back to barracks, myself and a few others decided to volunteer to "guard" the tents here at our makeshift FOB. Hey... more internet for me.

Training here is pretty lame so far. It's mostly basic training type stuff with a lot of ranges and shooting the same weapons over and over again. Hopefully it'll pick up soon. We'll be here until late March or early April, and then it's time for fun in the 'ghan! While I'm here, if anyone wants to write my lonely soldier self, my address until mid-March is:

Sometime soon I'll have an APO address and I'll try to get here to post it. Trying to catch up on my internet info all in an hour or two is tough. We might have MORE internet access overseas than we do here. That seems odd to me. Oh well!

Good hearing from you, man! I live close to Fort Bragg. We had some snow today. About 1/4 inch! It was pretty cold for this side of the state. Good luck with the rest of your training!
