Um, unless there are credible sources for this claim, this really belongs in Tilted Nonsense. Is there a source for the Alzheiner's claim? If so, then half of Asian must have Alzheimer's....

This article is utter nonsense. Soy contains natural phytoestrogens (as do virtually all plants*), not estrogens, which cannot be converted into estrogens in the human body and have a tiny fraction of the effect natural or synthetic estrogens have on humans. Phytoestrogens can behave in some similar ways to estrogens in the human body, in that they may help to lower cholesterol and benefit the lipid profile, though whether this effect is due to overall diet or the direct effect of the phytoestrogens is unknown.
Equating phytoestrogens to estrogens is like equating salycylic acid to sulfuric acid. They're both acids, true, but one will kill you if you drink it while the other will make your headache go away and help prevent heart attacks. As for the major claim here, that it induces homosexuality (I presume in males), this is not supported by the evidence. The best evidence available shows that male homosexuality is an inborn trait most likely with both a genetic and a gestational hormone cause. *One popular alternative to synthetic estradiol for treatment of post menopausal and post hysterectomy women is estradiol valerate, a prodrug of estradiol made from wild yams. However, the yams must be thoroughly and heavily processed to produce the drug; there is no natural, unprocessed herbal source of estrogens that comes anywhere close to what the body does on its own.
