One of the best is dead
Ed Bradley died today of leukemia at age 65. He was one of the best newspeople out there, and one of the few journalistic stars who deserved that accolade.

Oh, how sad. I wasn't aware he was ill. He was one of the more genuine-seeming journalists on 60 Minutes over the years. I'm sure he will be missed by many.

I've seen so many of Mr. Bradley's reports over the years on 60 minutes and have sometimes disagreed with his assessments, but in the end, he was a great reporter, and a good newsman. May angels speed him to his rest.
