Naked woman on a muscle car

Auto aficionados got more than a preview of the hottest models.

Detroit officials are looking into how a woman sneaked into the North American International Auto Show after closing hours early on Tuesday to pose naked on Chrysler's Dodge Challenger muscle car.

Security guards at the Cobo Center where the show is being held this week found the woman standing on the new Challenger, with some people -- mostly men -- taking pictures at about 2 a.m. (0700 GMT) on Tuesday.

"Some people told us there were real cameras there, and some said there were only cellphone cameras," Jason Vines, a spokesman for DaimlerChrysler's Chrysler Group, said, adding he did not know how many people were there.

Chrysler had brought in "Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria on Sunday to pose with Chrysler Chief Executive Tom LaSorda next to the new Imperial luxury concept car. Longoria was fully-clothed.

Chief of security for the show, Carl Berry, said the incident was being investigated.

Forget the pics of the woman - where are pics of the car? Naked models are everywhere these days, but a Challenger only comes around every 30 years or so.

Pretty sneaky if you ask me. Must have had a lot of fun sneaking in without anyone noticing. I bet the guards on duty at the time won't have their jobs for long. Yeah.

Porno crews are always going to be able to sneak into public places to make use of the scenery for their films, if they can grease the right palms. (pun intended) ;)

A woman who reportedly stumbled out of a Detroit bar in the early hours of Monday morning and then posed naked on a Dodge Challenger concept car at Cobo Center may not have been aware of what she did.

Sources told Local 4 Thursday that the same men who ogled and photographed her after hours at the North American International Auto Show may also have drugged her.

Local 4 was also informed that one of the men was a Metro Services employee, a company that hires Auto Show help.

Local 4's Jeff Vaughn asked Anthony Turner, of Metro Services, if he knew if the man, an electrician for the company, was fired.

"I have no knowledge of it. I wasn't here," said Turner.

Local 4 also learned that the electrician who was able to gain access into Cobo during off hours was represented by the union, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 58.

Local 4 asked one of the union representatives if there had been any disciplinary action against the man or others involved in the incident.

"I am not aware of any individuals who have been disciplined or fired as it results to the incident," said Kenith Briggs, IBEW Local 58.

Cobo Center security is confirming only that the "breach of security" happened, and believe that the woman may have been drugged and was an unwilling participant.

Local 4 learned that many men gathered around the woman as she posed on the automobile and took pictures. None of the photographs have surfaced.

Guards found the woman and about a dozen onlookers taking photographs with camera phones.

Local 4 reported that the woman may be contemplating a lawsuit and has already retained an attorney.

The North American International Auto Show wants to make it clear that the incident has nothing to do with the show itself and it is a family-friendly environment.

Just thought you might like to know, being from near Detroit, there was a little more to the story.

I kinda find this rather sad and scary and feel pretty bad for the girl if the being drugged part is true. But around here...who knows!

I have been looking for the pics since i saw the article.. So far nothing.

How could there have been a dozen onlookers with camera phones and no pictures have surfaced yet? If she was an unwilling participant, I'd feel a little guilty for looking at them, but not enough not to peek.

This is not the real thing, but it's still interesting to look at.
