Carl Sagan's “A Glorious Dawn”, feat. Stephen Hawking
|
I can't believe this made not one wave of commentation.
I'm a horrendous discussion/conversation starter, it seems; if only for the reason I will not patronize the audience by asking for what is always inferred by the OP's presentation of equivocal content joy/awareness-making. |
Voted yes on Prop 19, eh?
----------------------------------- They're fantastic videos (the entire series)....though they're all over a year old which, in internet time, would put them in the Pleistocene. My personal favorite: "We are a way for the universe to know itself". I couldnt say why, but that sentence has always stuck with me. |
Real Nice. All those cameos and guest artists make this "music video" worthy of the MTV (circa 2000).
Bill Nye's verse transition to Sagan's chorus in the above video made my face a little wider, moreso than any other's. Thanks for adding to it, Walt. (And to anyone else: I might be clueless to this, but are these semi-musically-rendered videos an example of 'auto-tune'?) |
