8-bit Basement by Profound Whatever author's comments: It began as a graffiti-style project illustrating my first name (there is still a vague A-L-E-X pattern to it), and turned into a smorgasbord of 80s references. The end result is so-so, but I was pleased at the method I figured out to turn two half-barrels into one whole barrel. I call patent dibs. |

The new, 1,205-piece Lego Space Shuttle set combines to form a 17.5-inches-tall spacecraft, complete with retractable landing gear, detachable fuel tank, and booster rockets. Included in the set are three minifigs (male and female astronauts and a service crew member), a ground maintenance vehicle, and a launch pad for takeoffs. Lego Soap @ Geeky Clean personal commentary: while I probably would have less trouble having my bar of soap slipping/sliding around when wet with the above, I think using a washcloth/loofah is the exclusive method I'd employ if I were to use the above. |
