Fat Mike told TMZ, "I confirmed that urine was not classified as a biohazard waste and not subject to the risks of legal ramifications of blood, semen, or feces." At the time, Austin police had yet to take any action, but are apparently now investigating. A representative for Emo's told TMZ, "Emo's does not condone Fat Mike's actions, and we do not encourage or condone any acts of stupidity that Fat Mike may perform."

I don't really have much to say on this, except Fat Mike is a disgusting bastard. When I heard it on the radio, I thought of POA. He would have taken the shot and made fun of anyone that threw up after they saw the video.

Being that I'm friends with Fat Mike, NOFX, and Fat Wreck Chords on the MySpace, I already had three bulletins and blogs informing me of this event the day after TMZ put the video on their site.

Really you could say that about lot of older artists that make it past a 1st/2nd CD release into longterm success, that they often break away or outgrow what they were passionate about in their earlier careers. This can also work in reverse.

Also, punk artists are angry when they are young, I can't imagine what they are like when they hit "sitting on the front porch, yelling at kids to get off their lawn" age. They have to be the most angry, sully, and downright pissed-off old people on the planet.

I know you make great music fly, but I mean PUNK rockers. Angry fucks that only know 3 cords. Not stoner rockers. When those guys get old, they buy a big farm in a cold place where no one lives. Then they smoke a lot of pot and make music in a barn.

and as for the kids i yell at and freak out on,they happen to be grown up folk.

see,i live on the Fraser river right,and there is a 7.2 km trail that runs the dyke system here,and the people that want to walk the trails,have ample parking...yet they still wanna park on my fucking front lawn.

so on a daily basis,i yell at the "kids" too.

........and i fucking like punk music too biatch!!!!!!!!!!!!
