NOFX frontman Fat Mike has been banned from Emo's Annex in Austin, Texas, following a stunt at last week's South By Southwest Music Festival where his alter-ego, Cokie The Clown, served shots of tequila mixed with the singer's own urine.

Fat Mike kicked off a solo performance by downing a few shots and then distributing more to fans in the audience. After 30 minutes of the singer speaking about disturbing topics like the hanging of one of his friends and smothering his ailing mother, Mike played an unedited video onstage showing himself urinating into the tequila that he had already distributed.

Fat Mike told TMZ, "I confirmed that urine was not classified as a biohazard waste and not subject to the risks of legal ramifications of blood, semen, or feces." At the time, Austin police had yet to take any action, but are apparently now investigating. A representative for Emo's told TMZ, "Emo's does not condone Fat Mike's actions, and we do not encourage or condone any acts of stupidity that Fat Mike may perform."

see,i live on the Fraser river right,and there is a 7.2 km trail that runs the dyke system here,and the people that want to walk the trails,have ample parking...yet they still wanna park on my fucking front lawn.

so on a daily basis,i yell at the "kids" too.
