Haiti earthquake: 360° video
An IMTS World Geodesic Camera (11 cameras in a ball on a stick) from CNN when the 82 ABN allowed them to ride along for a scouting mission to size up the effort they are facing. It's just like google streets but with sound and live motion. Cool stuff by IMTS being able to coordinate all 11 cameras and mesh the video together in a manner that is seamless to provide the 360 degree panning. There are three different views. Cool technology, terrible situation. |

I just find it interesting watching the number of people who don't seem to know what a sidewalk is for. And the people who don't even look before crossing the street. A couple of my biggest pet peeves.
