Cute girl discusses TV crossover paradoxes
Total waste of time, but I found it amusing nonetheless cause I'm a sucker for cute girls with British accents Apparently there's an answer to her final paradox though... Quote:

I dunno. Frankly, I never really put that much thought into the make believe lives of the make believe characters in the make believe "worlds" of television. I just watch mindlessly, like I'm supposed to.

Pretty sure no one actually takes this video seriously... including the people who made it
That said, I've never really understood the whole mindless TV watching thing. Maybe it's because I've spent the majority of my life performing, but I don't view TV much differently than the theatre. When I go to live theatre, I go to see good performances, thought-provoking themes, and make some sort of connection with the person on stage. I approach TV similarly: if I don't care about what I'm watching, why waste my time with it? It's probably why I watch a relatively small number of shows, but watch those shows very closely. I recognize I'm different than most people, and I don't think my way is necessarily "better," I just have a hard time understanding the appeal of mindless TV watching.
