When Editors Attack! Target: Palin's resignation speech
The editors at Vanity Fair took on Palin's resignation speech as a prime example of poor writing.
With all due respect, though, they went into this with heavy hand. But still...if you are as high profile as Palin, you should find people who know what they're doing with words. Enjoy. Palin's Resignation: The Edited Version | vanityfair.com

SO MUCH RED! IT BURNS!
I hate being corrected about my short comings in the grammar world, but I know how important editors are. This isn't some high school debate speech about the death penalty, this a national event. If Palin wanted people to consider her something other than a backwoods PTA mom, she should use good editors. I hear Baraka's red pen of hate is up for hire.... |
