Wedding Entrance

genuinegirly 07-23-2009 01:14 PM

Goodness! Not the kind of entrance I would have ever considered. I'm sure it was a hilarious moment for their family and friends.

DaniGirl 07-23-2009 01:22 PM

that was awesome!! It would have been fun to see in person.

Hektore 07-23-2009 06:11 PM

Seeing as how I'm getting married in about 40 hours...it makes me happy to see someone eschew tradition for the sake of doing something that really makes them happy on 'their' day.

Sue 07-23-2009 07:37 PM

I'm a more traditional person, and that video made me cringe!!

I agree. I hope their whole damn marriage can be as fun and happy as that wedding entrance.

settie 07-23-2009 08:25 PM

That's fantastic! Great to see them having so much fun! I like it :)

Afterthought: Reminds me of a musical. Hehe.

telekinetic 07-23-2009 08:27 PM

It made me tear up a little bit for some reason...so good to see happy people supportting a new couple and just plain not giving a fuck about anything but celebrating!

CinnamonGirl 07-23-2009 08:40 PM

omg, that was awesome! Definitely made me smile.

Plan9 07-23-2009 08:42 PM

With the divorce rate what it is... I say go balls to the wall.

Lasereth 07-24-2009 04:25 AM

I love this video. Less than 24 hours ago it had 90k views, now it has 1,200,000, and for good reason. This is the definition of what a wedding or any other celebration should be about. You can feel the atmosphere there perfectly.

Crack 07-24-2009 07:52 AM

I'll admit, I teared up a bit. Maybe moreso because I know that i'll never have what these two people take for granted.

fresnelly 07-24-2009 10:07 AM

I'm feeling a strange mix of both respect and embarrassment at the same time.

Look for a mass-market commercial to be built from this in about oh, 8 months time.

Shell 07-24-2009 11:11 AM

...here's a fun one but i must say
it pales in comparison to the "wedding entrance"
...that one was great! :hearts::lol::hearts:

DaniGirl 07-24-2009 11:44 AM

I had to watch it again. It was so awesome. I never seen anything like it before, Ive seen a lot of people do fun things with there first dance but never in the actual wedding. It shows there personality. I had a pretty bad wedding, I wish I could have had a fun wedding like this.

grumpyolddude 07-26-2009 06:28 AM

I can totally see my daughter wanting this sort of thing when her time comes... not too soon(!!!)...
If she ends up marrying the guy she's with now, I can predict to an absolute certainty that her father-in-law to be would stomp all over this idea. For my part, I'd throw down!

Shell 07-26-2009 06:47 AM

...NBC Nightly News showed this last night and the entire wedding party re-enacted it on the Today Show...said it was a youtube overnite sensation

Glory's Sun 07-26-2009 08:00 AM

man..
the wife and I had some ideas to do something crazy for our wedding at both the entrance and the first dance.. but our parents (who footed the bill) are super religious and said they wouldn't even show up if it wasn't traditional..

this was great..

LoganSnake 07-26-2009 08:21 AM

6.5 million views in a week, the Today Show re-enactment, interviews, global mass media coverage.

Gotta love the internet.

newtx 07-26-2009 09:14 PM

Glad LoganSnake posted it. Most excellent viewing. Should win youtube's most viewed wedding. Looks like they all had a ton of fun.
