In a uniquely American phenomenon, we can find a raft of hokey, vulgar, kitschy and other Obama themed products on the web. I linked two of them below, but feel free to add your own discoveries to this thread.

It, er, comes in two colors, blue and gold. Obviously a gift item befitting the dignity of the presidency. No doubt this can be used to stimulate the economy or whatever else may ail you.
