Well that would be nice but the Guitar Hero people and the Rosetta Stone people would probably get really skittish. I highly doubt he was smoking for over a year before the Olympics so it wouldn't show up in the drug tests. As long as he keeps a baseline level of fitness he really doesn't have to do any serious training for another two years or so. And since people only give a shit about swimming once every four years I think he deserves to toke up.

I don't see how they could charge him for this? I mean that have NO WAY to figure out if that was weed/hash/tobacco/pcp/crack/seaweed in that thing. He isn't the OWNER of the pipe, which can only be charged as a weed pipe if there is weed in it. It's just stupid.

He passed the drug tests and won a lot of freaking medals. If they do try to arrest him, make sure he's not near the ocean so he can escape the cops and go join the rest of the mermen near the Lost City of Atlantis.
