It was wrong for me. My computer is off. I checked the site on my mom's laptop. :) However my computer is now on and upon rechecking the website it is now correct.

Oh, not at all! It entirely depends on how many times you check it, and from where.

I will say, though, from a monitoring standpoint, it's easy to determine the failure case.

(Forgive my pedantry. My full-time gig for the last several weeks has been coding a metrics and monitoring package for a network security system at a major bank...)
