I wish I could say that this was a sign he knows he's going to lose, but the truth is that considering the massive voting problems in 2000 and 2004, he's likely to win even if he's down hundreds of thousands of votes. If he's being smug because he knows he can't lose, I'm going to get very sick.

I saw the "trying to figure out which way to go around the table" mishap and didn't realize how far he stuck his tongue out at the time. In a still photo it looks much more ridiculous than in video. I'll give him credit and say he was just trying to play off a short mistake.
Now, his facial expressions during the debate, and the loud deep inhaling/sniffing thing he would do into the mic every so often were annoying as hell.

Favorite part:
McCain clearly didn't pay attention to the numerous news outlets that pointed this out after the LAST debate. It really made him look like a fool, in what I think was otherwise his strongest debate performance.

It's cute the way he and palin get that shit-eating "I have no idea what you just said" look so often during the debates. It's as if he's just been notified that he'll not be able to blink his way out of this one (though be damned if he's not going to try).
