Ha, tall buildings actually do sway a good bit in a breeze. I'm told you only notice it when you are looking at another tall building nearby.

You know I'm not usually afraid of tall buildings, but I think I'd feel safer wearing a parachute on the upper floors of that thing.

That sure seems like an excessive amount of office space. Who are they gonna get to fill that thing? From that picture it looks like you can fit every person in all of the other houses/buildings behind it inside and not even fill it half way.

I'd love to meet the guy who they got to operate that crane at the top.
