I know legal proceedings can be dull

depositions can get really boring

but maybe people should be careful about how they amuse themselves while a deposition is going on.

I suspect someone was watching porn, not actually having sex. I once was helping somebody with a computer issue at work, and as we were working, his background download of some lesbian porn ended and jumped to the foreground.
