The band, well, I've never really been into Russian metal. The visuals, though, are amazing. About half the backgrounds are Soviet propaganda posters taken from various eras. And there there zombie Stalin's.

The end of the video is quite interesting, as is the message that, from the Russian perspective, maybe Gorbachov wasn't quite as bad as everyone thought.

That was actually pretty awesome. Enough so that I went to go find their music catalog on iTunes and was thoroughly disappointed that they only have one CD.
