I seem to recall reading this as a sexual tip back when I was in college, I'm thinking it was 1988, and I think it was in Playboy. (I'm sure somebody on TFP has all the back issues at home, so they can verify this for me).

The reason they gave for including the balls in the condom was to significantly increase your girth. I never tried it, but for some sad reason I still remember it.

On a sort-of-related note, am I the only one that thought he recognized a bunch of folks he went to school with in that thread? It was sort of like seeing the football players walk down an electronic version of my high school halls.
