If you don't already know about it, you should definitely check out Google's Talks channel on Youtube. Lots of great stuff there. I just watched this one and found it rather interesting (of course, I was interested in
beforehand, so that helps). It's about an hour long.

He recently moved to Toronto to take a job at the Rothman School of Management. I've been reading his columns in the Globe and Mail (a national daily newspaper) as well as his blog (http://creativeclass.com/).
I am still trying to decide how I feel about his ideas but on the whole I've liked most of what he as to say.
