No matter how gross that is, there's not nearly enough incestuous sex for that to be the right punchline. Thank you for finding this, though. It's been disseminated through every avenue I can think of for being too weird to comprehend.

As a mom, I have seen what the combination of urine and shit will do a baby's bottom. It creates an ammonia gas and will give your baby a very severe rash. I can only imagine what this does to your lungs.

Bad logic--People make UFO hoax videos all the time, and that doesn't disprove UFO's, and that isn't the only source for it.

It's a hoax, but it was indeed posted at the Sheriff's Office down in southwest Florida. Collier County I think it was? I read it on The Smoking Gun first, too. I hoped that the deputy himself made up the joke...
