Redlemon, I believe you're referring to Public Invasion. That's the most well-known one I can think of.

I'm not a terribly big fan; being in public isn't such a novelty to me. Most of those girls aren't American, either.

So luckily I don't think the whole nudity-for-money thing is not an American phenomenon.

This reminds me of the old joke where the elderly millionaire offers a young woman $1M to sleep with him. She jumps at the chance. He then offers her $10, but she gets offended and ask who he thinks she is. He says, "young lady, we've already figured out who you are. Now we're just negotiating a price."
