Crazy eyes - how does he do this?
 

I call shenanigans. Looks like a left-right split video edit. I can move my eyes seperately a little bit, but anything that extreme almost hast to be trick photography.

If you look closely around his eyes, you'll see it's not a split screen. The left eye has a crease and a bump under it and there's none at all under the right.
A comedian from the 20's was able to do that-just can't think of his name at the moment.
A friend's son has a condition that made it possible for him to look two different ways-used the 'affliction' to confuse his hockey opponents :D

If you watch down around his mouth, you can see when he moves his head a tiny bit and only one side of his face moves. Splits like this are easy to do with most video editing programs.
