Help Find Kristen Smith - Could this be real?

Watch the video on the site. The guy who found it said it was given to him by some 'source' he wont identify. Said it was at the end of a longer video (if so, whats on the first part of the video). Also says he knows people who say they know where she is but wont say.

There was just a Law and Order type show based on that premise - "Donate $5 dollars to save her - if we do not have $1,000,000 by tomorrow night we will kill her".
