I thought that was hallarious! I've never read anything relating Winnie the Pooh to drugs before. Scooby Doo, yeah, sure, we all know about that one, but not Winnie the Pooh.
I don't agree with the Tigger, Roo, and Roo's mom part. I think it more likely Tigger's on Speed, he's getting Roo hooked to speed, and Roo's mom is that way because she sees that Roo's not acting the same after meeting Tigger and getting hooked on Speed. She represents the parents that don't know what their kids are getting into, but know that whatever it is, it's bad and although she doesn't want Roo getting into it, she's powerless to stop it.
Owl represents the academics and scolars.
Gopher represents the average hard working citizen in society who never takes time out of his day to stop working and enjoy life.
