Hey pain train, if your hands are where they are supposed to be, then the airbag will not break your arms. If you have one hand on top of the wheel, then yes, you might have problems. As for me, I will take the chance of a broken hand over my DEATH or mangled Face in the steering wheel any day. Good luck to you. I hope your driving is better than your thinking.
