Foods for packed lunches?
Hey
About 3 times a week I have to eat a lunch that I've packed the night before and taken to univ with me, and Im worried that im not putting in the greatest foods.
Could anybody offer up some suggestions of things that are quick to pack, will stay edible and tasty over a period of 3-4 hours in a backpack, and are high in protein/low in fat?
or, if you take pack a lunch with you as well, could you just list what you put in it?

(also if anyone can suggest some nice sandwiches that would be cool too :P )
