If he had used one of those bulletproof X-Boxes, the shrapnel would have been embedded in walls for miles around.
I'm glad to see that he didn't have the foresight to make any sort of detonation mechanism. This is a case of a dumbass wanting to fill a gameboy with black powder, not someone trying to kill people.
