I will never go back to CompUSA
Why do I even go there to begin with? Their prices are sometimes better than some other places but their return policy is just retarded.
They used to have a better computer magazine section than any store and I'd go there while my ex went shopping in the same mini-mall.
Today I brought a Samsung printer back to try to get it fixed but they said "We don't fix Samsung printers"...
You know -if this was an isolated case of them not having a service, product or policy that I don't like -I would be back. But this is the final straw.
Besides there's a best buy and like two other computer stores across the street.
Nuff said... Never again CompUSA.
