I would suggest just having someone draw a "sample" of the flower you're wanting, and a small portion of the vine, then go to a tattoo artist who you greatly trust, and have him/her actually draw in the vine and specific placement of the flowers, based on the drawing that you bring in. That way, you're much more likely to have a tattoo that fits your body and compliments the natural shapes. That's what I had to do for my latest piece. I drew up what I wanted in the piece, but left it up to the artist to decide exactly how to put all that stuff onto my arm. It really improved the fit.

And as for the drawing, I suck at flowers, so I'm afraid I'm not much help.
