alright this will seem weird yes but I like it an so does my roomie if a lil spicy for most people but cut the spice down and its fairly close to hot an sour soup
PS forgive my directions if unclear I write so I can understand and hope others can to
here is what you will need :
Large Pot to cook in over stove
Lots of vinger <a few liters>
eggs <I reccomed at least 6>
spagite noodles <depends on amount of people your cooking for>
frozen vegtables <I have found stir fry mixs and others work well>
red chili pepper spice
jalapeno pepper spice
Franks red hot
wasibi
Lousiana extra hot sauce
tabasco
extra hot mustard
salt + pepper
cavenders seasoning salt
water
ook your already thinking im insane but thats ok cause I am
so here is what u do with thoes
fill 1/3 of the pot with water and 1/3 with vinger <this is a guess cause I never measure you will have to taste as u go so it suits you>
add the spices here are the amounts I use:
red chili pepper spice - half a small spice container
Jalepno - same amount
Franks red hot - at least a quarter of one of their Large bottles
wasibi - about a tea spoon and yes this adds greatly to the taste though wasibi is hard to find some places
Lousiana extra hot sauce -a quarter to a half of one of their large bottles
tabasco - quarter of a small bottle
extra hot mustard - a spoon full
salt + pepper - table spoon or so of salt an a tea spoon o pepper
cavenders seasoning salt half a table spoon
all these spices you dump into the vinger an water
Cooking it - bring the mixture of the water, vinger and spice to a boil
it should be a veryyyy red mixture with lots of spices floating on top of the water if u used the same amounts as me but dont worry about that
add the frozen veggies an leave till it comes to a second boil
while your getting to a second boil pre cook the noodles in another smaller pot<you could cook with the frozen veggies but I find the timeing is more accurate if u dont>
when it comes to a second boil put the eggs in this is a lil weird but trust me tastes good -
crack the egg as if u were about to fry it sunny side up and drop it into the water then do the next egg till all are in.
this will look weird but taste good, each yoke will be instantly containted in some white and will absorb some of the soup taste
these yokes are my fav part
as soon as the eggs are in add the noodles and time 4 min reduceing the heat slightly

a small percent of people have a allergic reaction to the combo of vinger and spice and can have unplesent reactions such as throwing up, feeling ill, and tightness of breathing
so if u have never had hot and sour soup from a chinese resturant try a very very small amount before u have some
if u have had hot and sour soup u should be fine since this is just a somewhat more extream version
