To avert any of the "rape" issues, discuss it first. My gf and I talked about it and she said it would be a cool idea. So that there was an element of surprise to it, we agreed that she would do it when I was not expecting it.
All I can say is that it's great. It just adds another dimension to the "sex" part of the relationship.
