I don't really participate in hockey discussions, but I enjoy the sport.
However, the only hockey I played was when I was about 8, on a frozen over tennis court, with by best friends' brother's old hockey stick, wearing boots with such grip that could slide easily on ice.
If the city council plan to build an ice rink goes ahead, I might give proper ice hockey a go.
