Just call the cops and get them busted as many times as possible. I have to deal with deadbeat neighbors who give me the same problem too at my apartment complex.
For some reason, those idiots seem to think that the weekend starts on Thursday nights, so they play their music loud enough to rattle all the furniture in my apartment and won't turn it down even though I've told them time and time again that I have an early class on Friday mornings.
In fact, if they don't keep it down tonight when I get back to my apartment I will call the cops on them.
