This has come up a few times in my past. The most memorable being waking up to her riding me, loved it.
If I wake up first, I'll do small things, and depending how she responds is where it goes from there. When she is sleeping, if I gently brush my hand between her legs and she tries spooning me harder, it's usually a good indication that she's okay with it.
