Just out of curiousity, for all those involved in relationships in which this actually happens, how was it initiated? My guess would be:
(1) female does it to the male, works out well, talk about it later and incorporate it into their sex life.
(2) either says to the SO "You know, it would be a huge turn-on if..." at some appropriate point in some conversation that might possible lead to that being said... whatever that conversation might be.
