This isnt my fantasy but this thread reminds me of the movie ratrace. Where the guy hires the hooker and she asks what he wants. He tells her they get naked, hop into a spa full of peptobizmo, he cuts her toenails and then she shaves his buttocks. It cracks me up everytime.
